Is a $13,000 out the price for a 2005 Chrysler 300C Hemi Fully Loaded and GPS a good deal?

Now the salesman said that the car has passed all of the inspections, everything works, and the car runs like new.
I have not test driven it yet but will do so the day I would decide on purchasing it or not.
The are offering a 1 year warranty for $1,450.
1) Get the Carfax on it to ensure it has not been a flood or something like that - thus you run into problems later on that may reveal itself / or major body work that was done on it that may have compromised the frame
2) Check Kelly's Blue Book Online you type in the brand, model, mileage, features, etc, and get a general price range for the cost of this vehicles.
3) Test drive it and note the steering, turning, etc. Pay attention to all of the little things to ensure you don't see any potential problems you might overlook.
4) Yes, Yes, go for the warranty depending on the company and their history of repairing and honoring their warranty.
5) Check out the company / dealer that is selling the car. Go online to the Better Business Bureau in your area and see how they fare. If they address complaints in a timely manner in an attempt to resolve. If they have a good rating without complaints. Also, check to see how long this dealer has been in business (ten years, twenty years)...if it is six months then you have to be concerned since it is a start up business unless it is part of a larger company.
