Can you control fan speed frame is that it is connected to the motheboard with a normal 3 pin?
To the time frame my fan runs at full speed when the computer is on, but it is not plugged into the motherboard (an little in the PSU) if I buy a new fan that plugs into the "CHA FAN" port on my motherboard that I am able to control its speed?
