How do you get vista to make a noise after the start-up has fully loaded?
My friend has this thing on his vista laptop and whenever it fully loaded after you turned it on, known as the start up, it would make a sound. He then said you can download this program to cut bits out of songs and make that as your noise? So can someone please help me to get that noise and possibly give me a link for the program thing i told you about? Thanks 
Windows has a start-up sound by default. If you type in "Sounds" into the start menu and press enter, you can get the Windows sound configuration where you can specify any wav file (and probably other types) as your start-up sound.
