What proper steps do i take dealing with a major company avoiding making good on a purchased extended warranty?
I paid for an extended warranty on a TV I have followed their proper procedure in dealing with the matter and it has now been 3mo. and I have not received 1 returned call! I am now currently dealing with corporate office resolutions dept its been 2wks still waiting for a response . This is a well known Company Best Buy whats my next step? HELP
Call the BBB and your state attorney general.
Extended warranties are usually a complete ripoff.
